iHeartMedia and WeWork Fuel Your Life’s Work With Work Radio

The power of sound is exploding and listeners are tuning into audio content more than ever. It is intertwined into our lives with headphones being a staple of the daily wardrobe. Music has always been the lifeblood of iHeartRadio and it is a huge part of the WeWork experience. In addition to being a creative outlet and form of expression for many of their members, the music they play in their coworking offices helps to set the rhythm and energy of the space and fuels the productivity of their global community all over the world.

Today, we’re excited to announce that we’re teaming up with WeWork to create Work Radio — a live station on iHeartRadio featuring an original mix of music and exclusive original content expertly curated to inspire entrepreneurship and help create your life’s work.

Want to tune in? Work Radio will be available under iHeartRadio’s Live stations and will stream across all of WeWork’s locations nationwide beginning June 14. It will also be available under a special “Perfect For Work” activity along with three iHeartRadio Original music stations specially programmed to help you get work done. Later this summer, we’ll begin live streaming episodes of an original podcast on Work Radio which will feature honest conversations between entrepreneurs and creators to inspire the vast community of WeWork members and iHeartRadio’s hundreds of millions of listeners. Plus, each podcast episode will be available on demand under our podcast feature for 24/7 listening and playback.

We are proud to join WeWork in their commitment to providing their members space, technology, and services to foster creativity and collaboration. To this end, we’ve also built a recording studio at the WeWork New York City headquarters which provides a brand new platform to livestream interviews, events and performances directly to the Work Radio station. This means WeWork members — who are some of the most creative people on the planet — have the opportunity to produce their own original audio content and share their talent and the WeWork experience well beyond the office locations.

So, check out Work Radio next week and be inspired to create your life’s work!
