Artist of the Week: Lifehouse AND Switchfoot
You’re in for a treat today, because this week’s Artist of the Week features not one, but two beloved groups from the early 2000s. Today we’re talking about Lifehouse and Switchfoot. In fact, the voices behind those feel-good hits like “You and Me,” “Hanging By a Moment,” “Dare You to Move,” and “Meant to Live” have officially joined forces for the ultimate summer tour.
That’s right, Switchfoot and Lifehouse recently announced that they will be teaming up for a North American outing aka the Looking For Summer Tour. Our inner-selves are screaming with delight. Set to begin on July 23 at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, Co, it will go until September 10 and finish up in San Francisco. We may or may not be looking up flights right now.
In between all of the chaos, Lifehouse and Switchfoot stopped by our studios for an exclusive chat to talk about their upcoming tour. They even hinted at some potential collaborations!
