Celebrating Black History Month

As Black History Month kicks off, now more than ever is a welcome time in America for the education and celebration of Black culture and achievement. This year, iHeartRadio honors Black History Month by highlighting a collection of must-listen-to podcasts, music and a nationwide “What Black History Month Means to Me” campaign.

Across the country local iHeart talent are sharing their perspective on the true meaning of this annual celebration of Black history and culture and inviting listeners to join the conversation by going online and answering what Black History means to them. Tune in to your local Classic Hip Hop, Hip Hop/R&B and R&B stations to hear more from our on-air talent and how you can participate.

Then, step inside the lives of extraordinary individuals with “My Legacy,” the conversation podcast redefining what it means to create a living legacy hosted by Martin Luther King III, Arndrea Waters King, Marc Kielburger and Craig Kielburger.
