Artists of the Week: Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber

Almost four years after collaborating on the track “Love Yourself,” Justin Bieberand Ed Sheeran are back and together again with another fun, lyrically beautiful banger. The single is called “I Don’t Care” and you can stream it now!

Fans have been waiting anxiously for new music from both artists. This is Bieber’s first single since 2017, and Sheeran similarly hasn’t released new music since his 2017 album, Divide. We’re so excited to see these two pop icons back together again, and from what we can tell, both seem to be in healthy and romantic headspaces.

“I Don’t Care” is all about the beautiful relationships these boys are now enjoying. Bieber’s recent marriage to supermodel Hailey Bieber and Sheeran’s 2018 marriage to his childhood sweetheart Cherry Seaborn are bringing this duo tons of romantic love, and they’re ready to sing about it.

The single’s lyrics say it all: “Cause I don’t care, as long as you just hold me near/ You can take me anywhere/ And you’re making me feel like I’m loved by somebody/ I can deal with the bad nights/ When I’m with my baby yeah,” sings Sheeran against Bieber’s soft background vocals.

We couldn’t be more excited to see these two back on the music scene. Maybe this release means there is more new music on the horizon from both of them? We’ll have to wait and see. But, in the meantime, stream the soon-to-be hit, “I Don’t Care”!
