iHeartRadio Takes The Shorty Awards By Storm!

Listen up, iHeartRadio family—we have some amazing news! We took home five Shortys during the 10th Annual Shorty Awards, which honor the best people and organizations on social media. For the third consecutive year, we won in the Best In Live Events category, this time for the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which earned 165 billion social impressions. We also won in the Best Snapchat Campaign category for our Lorde Snapchat Scavenger Hunt, the first ever scavenger hunt to use Snap Maps, which generated 49 million impressions from the contest. Congratulations to all who participated and helped make these recognitions a reality!

We’d also like to give a big shout out and thank you to everyone who voted in the awards, because we also won Audience Honor in the Best Location-Based Experience category for our Lorde Snapchat Scavenger Hunt, a Silver Distinction and Audience Honor in the Best Hashtag category for our #BestFanArmy hashtag, as well as a Silver Distinction and Audience Honor in the Best In Live Events category for our 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival.
