Artist of the Week: Elton John
This week, we wanted to highlight the iHeart Living Room Concert for America, an upcoming benefit concert hosted by inimitable music legend Elton John. This special event will pay tribute to COVID-19 victims and the healthcare professionals, first responders and local heroes who are putting others first during this difficult time and working tirelessly to fight the spread of the disease.
The iHeart Living Room Concert for America will feature a collection of musicians who are using their talents and platforms to help those affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. With performances from Alicia Keys, Backstreet Boys, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mariah Carey Tim McGraw, and more to be announced, this hour-long special will delight fans and music lovers and hopefully help fight the spread of COVID-19.
Throughout the concert, viewers will have the opportunity to donate to two of the many charitable organizations helping victims and first responders of this crisis: Feeding America and First Responders Children’s Foundation.
