iHeartRadio Top 100 Podcast Chart Mondays: Discover Your Next Binge-Worthy Podcast
Welcome to this week’s iHeartRadio Top 100 Podcast Chart! We’re back with a quick look at the top iHeartRadio podcasts that you—our fans—are listening to this week.
Number one on our top 100 podcast this week is “The Joe Rogan Experience.” This past week, Joe sat down with some particularly interesting people including Tony Hinchcliffe, a stand-up comedian, writer and actor who hosts his own podcast called “Kill Tony” and Pavel Tsatsouline, a fitness instructor who introduced the SPETSNAZ training techniques from the former Soviet Union to US Navy SEALs, Marines and Army Special Forces before introducing it to the American public.
And at number two this week we have “Stuff You Should Know,” the show that dives into everyday things we might not think about or don’t actually know a lot about! This week, the podcast answered questions like “How currency works?” which dives into how everything from cows to cacao beans and tiny shells from the Maldives have served as currency at some time or another. This past week the show also answered the question “How do anorexia and bulimia work?” by delving into what causes these all-too-common eating disorders.
At number three this week is the one-and-only “Disgraceland.” This past week, the show dived into the infamous and tragic incident involving The Rolling Stones at the Altamont speedway in an episode titled, “The Rolling Stones at Altamont: Bikers, Blood, and the End of the Sixties.” Head over to iHeartRadio to hear this episode and more!
And, last but not least, “Crime Junkie” is number four on the charts this week. Hosted by Ashley Flowers, this weekly podcast gives listeners their true crime fix. Flowers delivers whatever crime she’s been obsessing over that week in a way that sounds like you’re sitting around and chatting with your best friends. This week’s episode is called “SERIAL KILLER: Highway of Tears” and tells the story of Highway 16, a 450-mile stretch of road that has seen hundreds of women and girls go missing since the late 1960s.
