#NewMusicTuesday: Jennifer Nettles: To Celebrate Christmas

For this week’s #NewMusicTuesday, we wanted to keep the magic of the holiday season going at iHeartRadio. We’ve been listening to Jennifer Nettles’ country-inspired Christmas album, To Celebrate Christmas for weeks now - and even though Christmas has come and gone, you can still catch up!

On To Celebrate Christmas, Jennifer Nettles brings her signature, soulful country sound to a host of Christmas classics, including a rocking version of “Go Tell It On the Mountain,” a groove-centric “The Little Drummer Boy,” as well as an inspiring new arrangement of “O Holy Night.”

Highlights on this soon-to-be Christmas classic include a stripped-down, earnest rendition of “Do You Hear What I Hear,” a rich and sultry version of “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen,” as well as a surprisingly fitting cover of Kenny Loggins’ “Celebrate Me Home” that stays true to the classic pop roots of the original.

So whether you’re still cleaning-up that tinsel and wrapping paper from Christmas Day, or gearing up for New Year’s Eve festivities, take a moment to settle into some of the season’s best music with Jennifer NettlesTo Celebrate Christmas to keep the holiday cheer flowing all year!
